I have all the same symptoms! It started about a year and a half ago. Been to the doctor many times, tried derm, they told me it was in my head. Did a year of Antibiotics , tried every remedy on line including ivermectin. Nothing worked. I can tell you it's not scabes or parasitic. I continue to avoid carbs and Sugar and drink quite a bit of Apple cider vinegar and that keeps everything under control. I would like to know what's actually going on and how to eliminate this thing!
