I do have the same symptoms you have described. when the itch started I attributed it to worms since I hadn't used a de-wormer in a while. but this resulted in stomach problems and consequently esophagitis. I have been to the hospital and have been treated from the esophagitis but the itch wouldn't go. it becomes worse when I take in heavy carbohydrate diets. at the moment, I have been taken vitamin c as a palliative measure until I figure out exactly what the cause is. I am thinking of taking albendazole at the moment to see if it will do some magic but i'm scared it will give me stomach problems and may be the esophagitis again. have you had any latest information about the cause of your condition too. I'll need some advice from you since my symptoms are pretty much like mine.
