I have the same thing and have no clue to the cause. I have found that lowering the temperature in my bedroom does offer some relief, at least enough so I can sleep. It doesn't have to be freezing, but opening a window in the Spring/Fall or turning on the air conditioner in the summer is the only reliable thing I found to help. I know I'm replying to an older post, but maybe this can help someone at least make it through the night. Good luck!
