Okay so im new here and so far with the material I've been reading this guy here is the one who makes perfect sense, EC is definitely caused buy some imbalance in the gut, most probably candida Curing EC is not going to happen over night it will usually take 2 to 3months to get rid of it depending with how serious ur condition is, to do this completely changing your diet and everything else that has been mentioned will help, I've suffered from this condition for 3 years now and im doing the anti candida diet so far it been a month and I can see improvement I believe with diligence will eventually beat it
