Hello. I'm writing back to see how you're doing. Are you still 100% healed from ec? I've done everything in your method now but it seems like my ec is actually getting slightly worse. Things I do:

1. liquid acidophilus
2. eating obscene amounts of greek yogurt(3 cups a day)
3. omega 3, d3 and b12 daily
4. very strict diet

Unofrtunately, it hasn't helped for me, and I'm back at square one.
