Wow I have most all the same symptoms as you. No weird yellow crusting, but turns into white film when in contact with water, and it's really tight when left alone. I also have it really bad in the middle upper lip in a triangle and where the lips come into contact with the inside of the mouth. I will try all your methods and hopefully it works for me.
