while i never actually tested for a a overgrowth i do believe i have one, cause the dandruff stretching from my scalp to the inside of my ears is a very common characteristic. i don't know if there is a connection in my case, because while my ec is gone my dandruff is still here BUT my ear canals don't peel as much anymore after my ec went away, this makes me think there is a connection but its all just speculation.
i heard coconut oil is effective on malassezia i am going to try some on my scalp asap. Tweet
