Possibly.
But therein lies the other issue with a disease that has no solid cause.
Many other conditions can mimic MS.
There are folks who , even clinically, acquire MS with MS symptoms who completely recover.
No drugs, no change in diet, nothing. No change whatsoever.
Did they have MS?
Or did they just have one of the many forms of MS?

Possibly, but the idea was to open up veins in the neck so blood could drain more easily from the brain.
