You may of highlighted one of the issues causing the tiredness. That is a very long ingredient list for a body to process when it is already in a weakened state. Digestion takes a lot of energy even in an optimially working body. Whilst I recognise this is not the whole root of what is causing your tiredness, you would feel a benefit from keeping your meals more simple by using only 5 ingredients at a time. Use 5 balance ones to make sure you still get a good array of colours and taste so you feel satisfied. Also worth trying low sulphur foods. Sulphur foods are often problematic for fatigued, adrenal prob people as their detox pathway is compromised. google living network low sulphur food list. Try taking turmeric mixed in water on its own. Does this make you feel better or worse when taken 2 hours away from food?
