Raised pulse after eating: what does it indicate?

Hi, all!

Noticed this thread in passing, just thought i would mention that a raised pulse after eating does not always indicate an allergy or "food intolerance".

Another, more likely though less well-known possibility is poor food QUALITY!!!

Until I learned about food quality, NPN and what to do about it at the Ask Moreless forum, I had NO success getting better, even spent a couple of periods of about a month unable to eat, extremely chemically sensitive, reacting to EVERYTHING!!!

After two years of applying the ideas there, NO ALLERGIES any more, and steadily decreasing chemical sensitivity.

I highly recommend checking it out. It will take a bit of effort, but much less time and money than other options. Results will be far better!!!

Keep seeking, applying, sharing accurate knowledge in order to
Keep seeking abundant life and joy!

NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!

Di
