Re: Extreme fatigue after eating; How to do the Pulse Test to determine allergies

Thanks, I found a great link to the whole thing.
http://www.soilandhealth.org/02/0201hyglibcat/020108.coca.pdf

It's got all the info it seems.
I am going to try it out, my only initial concern is that so many things I eat are mixtures. For example, i just had a salad with romaine lettuce, with purple cabbage, onion, carrot, fresh grated beet, avocado, fresh garlic, nutritional yeast, cayenne pepper, olive oil, braggs amino acid, tamari, and apple cider vinegar.
How can i deconstruct that to know whether everything in there is going to affect the pulse?
Or a breakfast smoothie with about 8 different ingredients.
Do you have any suggestions for this type of thing?
