Re: Extreme fatigue after eating

Thanks for your replies. Yes, i have tried upping my protein. I also put protein powder in my smoothies, and cod liver oil, which is there to balance out the sugars from the banana and blueberries.
I was on a steady meat, protein diet, as many recommend for helping the adrenals heal, but then I was just getting so painfully tired, that I went on the juice feast to give my digestion and adrenals a rest. But when I got back to solid foods, it keeps happening. It's very frustrating because i feel like in some ways i am improving, but then this makes me feel so weak.
The smoothies are not really the issue, it's when i eat other solid foods that my body really struggles.
I am pretty aware of the blood Sugar issues and adrenal connection. it hasn't seemed to have affected me too badly over this time. None of my many health care practitioners thinks that is an issue for me, at least not a major one. I think it is to a small degree, but i am definitely not hypoglycemic or anything.
i just got the idea of going back to doing the blended lemon with olive oil and water in the morning. i recall at least feeling decent while doing that every morning, and it is supposed to keep bile flowing well, while balancing ph for better dietary assimilation. Hope it helps, thanks again, d
