I guess nothing works for everyone.

The coffee enemas didn't help immediately.

But copper is pro-inflammatory, zinc is anti-inflammatory.

Lord knows I dumped a lot of zinc from my prostate over the years by ejaculating.

So it might be that gradually the zinc/copper in my prostate is improving.
