Thank you Dane lady.
I did stop castor oil packs once I started the iodine. I will go back to it with my iodine.
I feel they shrunk...but I am not sure...I will give it 2 more months. Now I am on 4 drops of Lugol 5%...I do have high hopes.
Will post back when I am sure the fibroids shrunk.
