Interesting that you didn't do well with the B12.

There is a way to determine which B12 is best suited to you genetically...i will post up the info later when i find it.

When i followed the guide for me and my boyfriend as per our gene results, i found that i could tolerate a small amount of methyl B12, and he could not at all (why i think i had better energy on it and he didn't)
The gene result combinations meant that Hydroxycobalamin B12, and Adenosylcobalamin B12 were better suited than the standard Methylcobalamin B12.
I bought them in powerful liquid form for sublingual made by 'Metabolics'.

You might find you do better on the other forms of B12.

Will definitely post up the info later so you can cross check with your results.
