I just got my results back and did the promethease report, geneticgenie report and the mthfrsupport report.

By far the mthfrsupport report was the most complete, and I have 20 mthfr mutations.

So what to do. It looks like so far the options are trying the Yasko protocol on my own, reading phoenixrising and trying ideas there or have a consultation with someone, but the prices are pricey. I'm leaning toward a consultation, so if anyone can recommend someone that would be great
