Re: High insulin, hypoglycemia and extreme fatigue

I had hypoglycemia about 9 years ago and went to see an Iridologist. He said I was acidic and that I should get alkaline and he gave me one of Nature's Sunshine products called HY-C. I think I only had to buy 3 of them. I changed my diet...no sugar, white flour, junk. I put greens in a blender with water with an apple and drank that twice a day, ate lots of green, green salads and vegetables, etc. If you juice greens esp. it'll help you get alkaline quicker. If you've tested your pH and it was really alkaline it doesn't mean you're alkaline. It can mean you're so acidic that your body is now pulling minerals out of your bones/body to buffer the acid so it can be released out of your body...urination. The liquid Bentonite clay is highly alkalizing, also...2 tsp. before bed. You can google foods that are alkaline if you think this might be something you want to explore for yourself. I'm no longer hypoglycemic but when I begin to feel it coming on I check my pH and sure enough I'm acid and have to get alkaline again. Diet is key and I'm learning more about that even now. Hope this is helpful.
