Re: High insulin, hypoglycemia and extreme fatigue

Here are my thoughts. Hypoglycemia means your body is not receiving the proper amount of Sugar in your diet (by Sugar I mean all substances that can be converted into sugar, namely carbohydrates). Some people think you should eat low-carb to fix hypoglycemia, actually it is the exact opposite, you need to eat large amounts of carbohydrates. Insulin is there to upload glucose into your cells, if your body is producing tons of insulin in your pancreas but you don't have the proper amount of glucose coming from your diet, this will cause problems. People who produce less insulin, should eat less carbohydrates, this is not you. So what should you do? Eat plenty of healthy carbohydrates. If you add more carbohydrates back into your diet, you will probably have intense carbohydrate cravings as your body re-normalizes itself, you hay have to eat carbohydrates every 2 or 3 hours for a while until you can get things back to where they should be.
