Re: High insulin, hypoglycemia and extreme fatigue

Hi joey,

I would search online for hyper insulinism and see what possible causes exist and suggested treatments. Although maintsream medicine doesn give quit clear answers the info can help you understand.

I would also search the relationship between insulin resistenace - hiper insulinism and adrenals - see this as an effect of an underlying cause. As far as I know there are some actions that can help - smaller meals, low glicemic foods, proteins, bit of sport, enzymes support...

You have to digg more the diet - very low carb did not work also for me but high glicemic foods neither. Fruits doesnt work for me and I try them since 2 years. The same with Diary including kefir. I thing probiotics will help but witha strategy.

White rice was not ok but brown rice in reasonable amounts was ok. Make sure you check the glicemic index also and THE FORM OF THE FOOD YOU EAT >> ricecakes have higher glicemic and raise your glicemia thus insulin than cooked rice for example.

I would try test more for infections either gut or else even in France. Lifestyle seems to be importnat also.

gotta go sorry
