this is really weird...how is it some ppl believe insulin is lowered by a low-carb diet and others will say the exact opposite ?...
Anyways: I've had no success with the low-carb diet, so wtvr the hell is wrong with me I'm going back to adding some carbs.
I'm not gluten-intolerant according to my tests, so that's no concern.
I'll go back to eating potatoes then, and adding brown rice too.
How about regular rice btw, like basmati and co. ?
I'll just never know how "bad" starches are...
My thyroid's already messed up so no millet then..
