I'll likely go back on carbs in the next few weeks as a test, I'll read up on it a lot and make up my mind.
So here's my question to you:
* what carbs are "healthy" ?
* and since I still suspect I have a yeast infection of sorts, what carbs could I take that won't contradict my "candida-type" diet ?
