hey,
thanks a lot for your message.
The thing is, I still don't know for absolute sure my problem isn't actually adrenal...

I do get aches and a sort of burning sensation in my back when I'm extremely tired, right around where the adrenals are...

But I know digestion is a big problem too.

And yeah, I'm going digestive enzymes, probiotics and an effort to replenish my diet, definitely.
