Reading what you posted after this, I think you are long gone now, but if you aren't, or if anyone with similar symptoms is suffering & reading this, it might be worth investigating into external parasites (rather internal) topical clove & tea tree oil rubbed into the affected areas should do it, you can google dermodex parasites, see what you find. It sounds like you're being eaten alive, & hair loss is also a symptom, I really hope you're alive & can find a way out.
