I have many of these issues that you speak of! Docs say my gallbladder looks good...normal blood tests, ultrasound...I am 26, healthy, female...so frustrating! I have basically self diagnosed...gluten allergy. I have cut out gluten for the last month still have some pain but I feel wayyyy better! I snuck gluten in a few times and had diarrhea :( I am now trying to cut out lactose and see if it helps further. I def recommend cutting out gluten to see if it helps you! Goodluck!
