Re: Gallbladder Dysfunction, No Stones! No Inflammation!

I have been gluten free for 3 years and just started having the same symptoms as everyone here in the past month. I cannot sneak glutten, it makes me very sick.
The feeling of having a ping pong ball stuck under my right lower rib cage is annoying- sometimes painful- but never feels like a severe attack.
All tests are normal: blood work, stool samples, xrays, ultrasound. Going for HIDA in a couple weeks and I'm afraid it will also be normal. I feel like my doctor doesn't quite believe me.
He thought I had constipation, which I didn't think I had until he gave me fiber pills and now I go a lot more and more frequently than I used to. The pain and uncomfortable feeling after eating has not resolved with the fiber pill. So my guess is... it is not constipation that is causing this.
Have anyone's issues resolved with gallbladder surgery? Any success out there? Did anyone have the surgery even though the tests were all normal and it turned out your gut instinct was right and your gallbladder was the cause?
