Re: My thoughts on NB

Hm, tricky stuff

I am now at about 9 months since reading and posting here and I was reading and confronting and analyzing many approaches and experiences including mine.

My belief is for those in the low level of AF like I was the best way is to help adrenals and liver FIRST as much as possible through diet and GENTLE supplementation and gentle detox. This way you'll be able to start infection cleansing WHILE you continuing to support adrenals. Then as Onwards said eliminate infections/toxins/stressors one by one. Other wise you'll be bedridden for weeks each time you cleanse or even worsening the condition.

Being so low in AF I've received many recommendations to cleanse immediately and hard for parasites or even take Iodine for infections still having Amalgams in. Although people were great and had good intentions they/we tend to be biased - c'est normal - by our truth sometimes imposing it to others.

My belief is that NB is a great tool as a basis for the whole process but I would be careful with many of the supplements they recommend. I would also keep the diet guidelines but not to the letter.

For example if you have GI infections and also inflammation taking Ca Mg for calming the system and iron is counterproductive as they help bacteria to build biofilms and so being harder to eradicate. The same if you have hypothyroidism secondary to AF caused by infections/inflammation first is a big no no to take Iodine or kelp until you have solved the initial issues especially adrenals.

I guess was Faith who decided to go non suplemmenting cause she felt awfull. NB without addressing the cause - many times still undiscovered - or supplementing just because this is the protocol could be an endless story. I remember the low Nak+ article ...at the end dr. Eck told similar conclusion

This is why I was / still am hesitating following NB approach per se. It has anyway it's benefits.

Good job Onwards for the message
