Re: My thoughts on NB

Hi Paulette- It is nice to see you here posting.

The chronic infections are a real drain on the body and adrenals. I know for myself that this has been the last piece of my NB puzzle because I finally feel normal for the first time in 20 years.

I now see that I had several different infections going on for many years. The trick is to stay on top of these so the body can rest and rebuild. That is really good that you are working on the infections with an ND. I don't think I would be where I am today if I hadn't been treating these infections all along my NB program. My instinct plus a couple of doctors and an acupuncturist told me to treat the infections. Many infections are so tenacious and can hide in the body for many years.

It's funny you mention the resveratrol. I have lots here on hand that I am adding back into my protocol for lyme disease. I have become quite the herbalist without any training. It is part of the Buhner core protocol for lyme disease.

If you start the NB it might be a good idea to find out what your NB practitioner thinks about the chronic infections. Most just think the program alone will look after these but I don't agree with this at all.

Best always!
