I think I just meant that I see stress/trauma/fight or flight as the root cause.
But the treatment once we're past the point of only treating the root cause (the stress)- is what becomes so complicated for people dealing with AF and Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome -
Often, I see this in my coaching practice, that people spend a lot of time searching for answers "out there" - in the right doctor, or the right protocol, but aren't addressing that this isn't just a medical issue but a very deeply spiritual/mind-body issue as well.
