Re: My thoughts on NB

I agree. Stress management is critical for healing. But in my own case this wasn't enough to heal me fully. I lead a pretty stress free life(now), have had lots of counseling and have learned to really "let go" of things that are beyond my control. I have learned to live with an attitude of gratitude and acceptance. This has worked well for me.

I think in NB the practitioners have neglected to emphasize that AF is caused by both physical and emotional stressors. We hear ALOT about copper toxicity, poor diet, nutrtional deficiency , stress but nothing about chronic infections. As you can see here there are a few of us who have struggled with this for some time. Most NB practitioners are the only ones to proclaim that the program will take care of the chronic infections. Outside of NB most doctors would encourage a person to clean up an infection. Because of the damage it does to the entire body.

This may have all started with stress but many infections are opportunistic and hit the host when their defenses are low. This then perpetrates an endless cycle of toxins and puts a huge drain on the host's nutrient stores. When I treated myself in Mexico for chronic infections 5 months ago I felt an immediate improvement after 2 weeks. I improved about 25%. It was dramatic and has been lasting with maintenance.

Since that time I have been able to live a normal life. I am active and completely different from how I was before. So that is the reason for my passion. I see too many doing NB that are quitting or not having good results. We have to question why this is happening.
