Hi Onwards,

Which part of the plan looks a little strong to you? I believe the albendazole and mebendazole are the same dosage you had recommended to me before. So do you think I should cut back on the herbs? Also, you had said it may take me a year or more to get rid of the ascaris. Do you think I should take a monthly course of mebendazole for a year? Or do you think a few months followed by monthly herbal treatments would work ok? When I get rid of these things I want them gone for good!

The Zymex dosage is from Standard Process' protocol sheet for parasites. My husband and I both handle the dosage just fine, but that's good to know about the NOW enzymes. The Zymex is crazy expensive esp at 12-16 pills a day total!

The daily enema is helping and I'm seeing lovely creatures come out every day. Good to know about adding the herbs.
