I'm not sure if you're actually familiar with the concept of 80/10/10- from what i'm reading you might be slightly confusing the concept.
80/10/10 stands for 80%carbs 10%fat 10%protein of total caloric intake for the day.
Most fruits if you want to break them down individually are like 90/5/5-but that's not the point.
The point is to achieve 80/10/10 ratios as a total of calories for the day including fruit, veg and leafy greens (raw version) or starches, veggies and greens (cooked version).
I'm doing 80/10/10 for over 6 years- and yes, potatoes and corn are absolutely part of the program.
