Here I outline a few simple steps that you can take to make DRAMATIC improvements for your stressed adrenals. They are very simple, and go as follow:

1. Nix all stimulating beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) and foods (cacao, msg, etc.) and drugs.

2. Get as much rest/relaxation and sleep as possible.

3. Eat LOTS of high quality, calorie dense plant foods like dried fruit, bananas, persimmons, dates, potatoes, rice, corn, etc.

Let me stress that Chris and other responsible high-carb/low-fat/plant-based diet advocates recommend against calorie-restriction and advocate eating in abundance to get plenty of carbohydrates and calories. Calorie-restriction is the #1 reason why plant-based diets seem to fail. The #2 reason is eating too much fats.
