I'm 99%
I will try for 100% again in spring when dandelions come out. Right now, the quality of my greens are really low because I'm up north. On 99%, I can do this forever. (Every few days, I will have a skor bar, or melted butter and warmed up onions- I love onions but can't eat them raw)
I can tell you what I ate today:
1 lime in warm water
blackberry mono meal
honeydew mono meal
2-3 cups green/purple veggie juice (thawed from the freezer)
soaked nuts/seeds prunes
soaked wild/brown rice, seaweed, 5 stalks of tender celery, soaked olives, avocado & salsa, green onions
frozen banana mono meal
fresh green veggie juice supper
warm spice tea (tumeric, cumin, and every spice in the cupboard).
I find I crave non-raw foods if I don't get my berries, rice, avocado (when we're out, I will crave butter), and nuts. But what I notice the most is if I don't get sulfer and seaweed. They are probably the most nutritious veggies available to me in winter in the snowy winter we have now:) Without them, I really crave stuff.
Are you worried about your calories because you're trying to get in 2000, or are you hungry/craving?
