It did for me!
I woke up with yeast, candida and rashes after heavy doses of anti-biotics. This led to chronic fatigue. I went raw because animal products and gluten made me feel so sick (because I was acidic and didn't have enough minerals to make strong stomach acid). Eventually, I have found that 50/50 fruits and veggies, and soaked wild rice, lots of seaweed, kimchi/sauerkraut, and small amounts of fats were just right for me. When I eat more that 1 avocado, or 5 nuts a day (but I eat seeds everyday as well), candida and yeasty problems resurface for me. Too much fat in blood stream prevent us from absorbing sugar. So typical anti-candida diet make you limit
Sugar to almost nothing. People fail because every cell needs glucose. Instead, limit fats, and you will absorb all your sugar. Candida only blooms when there is extra sugar, that's it's job.
The easiest way to go raw, is green veggie
juicing every day, plus- drop stuff that makes you constipated, headachy ect. For my transition, meat was easier on my body, than gluten and dairy which clogged me up.
