I've seen so many failures on the net with girls eating under 2,000 calories per day, so I would be very very careful.
I would join the 30bad forum and ask for guidance if you think 2,500 cal a day or more is too much for your size.
They make the case that calories from fruits & veggies burn cleaner if you will than calories from fats and meats, so that's why they recommend what seems like too high of a calorie minimum for some and I agree with them from personal experience from that last couple of months.
Eating an abundance of one fruit per day is referred to as "mono fruit island." I wish it wasn't the beginning of winter because I want to try it for a couple of days!
