I don't believe that raw diets are good for people who are already too skinny. They are good for people who tend to gain weight very easily and always have strong muscles with no effort regardless of what they eat. Obviously, the high-fat diet was causing you tons of problems so you want to stay away from that. For me, a high carbohydrate diet is the best (I also tend to be skinny). High carb diets are the most nourishing and the most helpful for keeping on weight and maintaining health, they also place the least amount of burden on the kidneys and the liver so that they are free to do their job of detoxifying the body. As you said, avoiding foods that feed candida is not the key to getting rid of candida, this is just a way to temporarily get a little relief and long-term will do much more harm than good. Stick to a balanced healthy diet, you can eat meat but I would eat less meat, not too much fat but your body does need a certain amount. Try to listen to your body regarding what it needs to be balanced and healthy.
