Yes, when I jest started the buildup that was already on my lips just came off over the next few days.

And I guess I'm a bit confused about your other question. When my lips would build up again I would just continue applying the products.

And no in the beginning of my treatment the buildup would not come off daily. Like I said that is why I have seen so much improvement. When I first started, my lips would build up for about 8-10 days and then exfoliate.

And as far as applying the products without causing trauma its really not that hard. When moisturizing, the lips don't build up into those huge crusts. It looks more like a layer of skin. But that buildup is really strongly attached until about day 7-8. Which is another reason I have improved so much. Even if my lips are building a tiny bit and peeling at night that never would have been possible before. I moisturized my lips while I slept for months and months and my buildup never came off EVEN when it was day 8-10 and it was ready to come off. Tweet
