Yeah, I'm also not a fan of 80/10/10 diets or Douglass Graham. I think the amount of people that will do well on these type of diets are a very small percentage or the population, maybe somewhere around 5-10% of humans can do well on this type of diet and then they try to convince everyone else that it is the perfect diet for them to, nonsense. Then there are the low-carbers or worse yet no-carbers, the percentage of humans that can maintain good health on these diets is even lower and yet it is propagated over and over to improve health, although I have met a very small number of people who do great on these diets and have tons of energy and no adverse reactions. The rest of us should eat a balanced diet.
