All signs of calorie restriction

Those are all signs you weren't getting enough calories. Single biggest mistake eating any 80-10-10 style. It can be tricky. I've never recommended go fully raw or vegan btw. I don't.

To avoid running into trouble, the recommended calorie minimums are:

Females = at least 2,500 cal per day
Males = at least 3,000 cal per day

Case in point, from a female nutritionist athlete who tried it and said it failed her:

I did 80/10/10 for 4 days, and found out the hard way that it does not mix with high intensity exercise.

what were you eating in an adverage day while eating 80/10/10?

Breakfast- 12 oz NonFat Milk, Cold Cereal
Snack- Lots of Pretzels, Lots of Fruit
Lunch- Wheat Thins, Applesauce, More Fruit
Snack- Lots of Fruit
Dinner- Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Vegetables, Pasta
Total Calories on this day: 2057 (78% CHO, 12% PRO, 10% FAT)"

So you see, she was about 500 calories short for even the minimum calories recommended per day for a women and it's recommended by the 30bad site that a female doing high intensity exercise should at least get 3,000 cal and up, so this girl was at least a 1,000 cal short per day for what she wanted to do with it.

She also has the worst 80-10-10 diet I've ever seen. Milk, pretzels, and wheat thins for a high intensity athlete? No wonder she totally bonked. And she's a nutritionist of all things!!!

I'd really like to see you add up what you ate on those days to see how many calories you were getting.
