I'm attacking you because I dealt with this illness, got myself out, and know all of what it entails.

It's hard to keep reading someone plug some diet that TOTALLY negates any real recovery that a person who has candida related complex should get.

If people have benefited from your diet, great. Those people don't have candida. If you benefited then great, but you didn't have candida. You don't know what candida is if you got better from your diet.

Candida is something deep in your intestinal mucosal system. It takes over your biochemistry. You cannot be feeding it so much carbs. Only a very limited amount will suffice.

Having you advise this type of diet drives me crazy. Because you are so confident, yet you are advising people that have CANDIDA, the same people who need real advise from people who are qualified because they dealt with CANDIDA.

Your diet might be freaken AMAZING...but not for candida sufferers, especially not the ones who have it systemically.

And that's why all of us REAL candida suffers are so frustrated with people like you on this forum, cause we know just how rediculous your advise is, and how it can harm actual new candida sufferers who need real help.

If Sky has candida, you will only make him worse. If he doesn't have candida, then okay maybe he can give your diet a shot.

But don't be posting things like "candida is caused by fats and not carbs" - you are ruining people's lives with this anecdotal garbage.
