Re: My controversial take on Candida problems

So angry you Paleo people get. Why is that? The hormones in all that meat? Are you afraid of different options? Are you afraid your meat and fat are not cure alls?

I posted links to multiple people who claimed candida success with high carb/low fat. I based my thoughts on candida from experts, candida success stories, and the way to healing was the same that healed my chronic condition after many years struggling on a Paleo type diet and slowly getting worse. I was just giving my thoughts on the root cause of candida which has worked for other people. I even say Sugar is the direct cause of it (if you even bothered to read it)! Maybe Paleo worked for you because you eliminated the direct cause enough?

Regardless, glad your method worked for you. A lot of people posting here looks like they'd had limited, no success, or even got worse after YEARS of trying that method. I'm just giving people another option and I even put the disclaimer that is was controversial!!!
