Re: My controversial take on Candida problems
I normally don't get involved in this kind of discussion, but I have to say something in defense of those who are suffering an intestinal yeast overgrowth and its symptoms.
Please, please, please, STOP telling candida sufferers a high carbohydrate diet is the way to go. This is the most STUPID affirmation I have read in this forum in the last 4 years.
Telling it to one who is suffering this syndrome is the same thing if you send them to an electric chair.
Carbohydrates ARE the worst enemy during an intestinal fungal growth. They promote yeast growing like any other substance do. I mean sugars and carbohydrates.
Instead of doing something good for who is suffering, you are killing them. Think that there are many new people looking for answers about this syndrome that can be confused easily.
I have read and own all the medical books about this syndrome. The number one factor of avoidance is carbohydrates. I have been more than 5000 hours in the web since 2008 reading candida materials, patient forums, medical abstracts about candida, and all linked to this syndrome. I haven't found any case, neither I will, about someone cured following a high carbohydrate diet. No if that person has Candida Related Complex. It is simply impossible and contradict the biology, the medical research, and the experience of thousands battling it.
Please, again, stop doing it in this forum. There are many people suffering to be misguided.
That will be your best position if you want help.
Thanks.
Jorge.
