Re: I know a better whole food vitamin source
Yes, I do agree that food is not what it used to be. My grandparents always talk about how they can even taste the difference in the quality. It's so sad how the pollution of the earth due to greed is forcing us all into becoming a pill popping society.
I too switched to Larry Wilson's diet plan. I eat little fruit, and everything is cooked (even the fruit). I bake my apples before I eat them. I have found that the cooked veggies have helped me very much and I will give him credit for that. The only thing that didn't agree with me was that because I turned out to be a fast oxidizer, I was told to consume large amounts of butter, lamb, and oils. This helped me for a short while, but after some time my digestion struggled even more and my liver began to have pains.
For some reason, every synthetic supplement I attempt to take gets rejected by my body. Perhaps it's an allergy to the fillers that they use, because liquid formulas seem to assimilate perfectly.
Like I always say, everyone needs to do what works for them
