YOu have to make sure you are not in the 4 lows. Low Calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. I was told by my practitioner if I was to take any form of vitamin right now I would only get lower with my minerals. I am in the 4 lows right now.
Before I was in the 4 lows, I had to becareful not to take to much B vitamins, to stimulating for me.
