Those symptoms you mention are signs of calorie deficiency and even if your eating 6 times a day, that still might not add up to what you needed and would very well explain why you were losing weight. Most conventional diet gurus recommend a calorie intake max of between 1,500-2,000 that IMO is unsustainable for most people without supps. I've been averaging between 2,500-3,000 with a carb/protein/fat ratio around 80-10-10.
