There is no better cure than food. The stuff our bodies were designed to get nutrients from. I am aware of soil depletion, so I do use a liquid mineral derived from the Great Salt Lake and high quality Sea Salt . all 100% food based.

I know that everybody is different, but I can honestly say I've made leaps and bounds in the past three months since I got rid of all my supplements and stuck with whole food C powder and the GSL minerals.

Plus my "fast oxidizer" diet plan actually made my digestion worse and gave me liver pains that I never had before. When I switched back to a balanced diet of good fats, protein, complex carbs and lots of cooked veggies my IBS healed and the liver pains went away.

I'm not saying it doesn't work, but nutritional balancing through ARL is not the be all end all for everyone. Just like Natway's plan isn't either. Everyone is different, and we should all keep an open mind when it comes to this complex condition. Sometimes the unconventional might just work even though it goes against common methods.

Just think, the SAD diet is conventional medicine's common recommendation, and we all know what a disaster that is.

Natway found a method that worked that worked for him/her. Onwards found a method that worked for her. Good for them!! We are all different and should not ostricize anyone for trying to help with good intentions. Each and every one of us is stumbling along the path of healing.
