Hmm... Is it hard water you'll be fasting on? I do my best to stay hydrated too, and I find as the days go on that dark green veg and magnesium supplementation means feeling a /ton/ better. If you want to make the water flow easiest through your soft tissues, grab a good load of Epsom Salts and do the foot-soaks in the midstof water-fasting. :) I know some folk do Epsom Salt flushes during fasting, but unless it's a health crisis, I'd stick with externally-absorbed nutriets like that. The epsom-salt flush can be hard because of the overload of sulfates in the mix.
