illysmanx, are you saying that you feel people must be getting the CoQ10 from meats? I have the sense that after a few good lengthy water fasts, and in general good diet, no false sugars, flours, salts, etc. etc. a person has every chance of needing far less of everything than they did before, and that the main thing is the minerals--from which the body can do miraculous things--and that these are best got from vegetables and fruits. Nuts and seeds.
about the vit. D. I recall as a child just absolutely loving the taste of Cod Liver Oil, and always wanting it. I wonder is it coincided with getting several teeth filled--this insatiable desire for the stuff...
