Re: Try external vit D3, magnesium most important
I grabbed some cod liver oil myself just a week ago when I discovered I had just, juuust enough for it. ;) An elderly friend of mine told me the same story, he was the oneamong his brothers that liked the flavor of it. Fishy business! I think the way we taste things is directly related to our mineral balance inside, and what sort of internal fauna we're hosting. Heck, that's what I'm experiencing myself!
Hmm.. I'm saying the best source for coQ10 is organ meats from grass-fed grazing animals. You'll have to look it up well for yourself, too, but it has to do with the direct build of tissues in the smooth-muscle organs of the heart, digestive track, and muscle tissue throughout the body. I have not had the time as of yet to deepen my understanding with thorough reading, but it's all here on Curezone in the articles.
I am not saying that it cannot be accquired through other protien-rich sources such as live whey, brewer's yeast, etc, but it is still in trace amounts as such. It's a protien molecule, and I suspect a complex of the individual protiens so highly touted by pharmaceutical companies for their 'miracle healing properties'. Nothing makes me quite so irritated as folk taking God's bounty and bottling it to make a quick rip-off buck! ~>:I
I support water fasting. A man I respect highly here in my country uses it regularly both for time in prayer for others, and to disconnect from the world at large for a while to rest and reconnect with the Creator. I first heard from him about it back in 2011, and look forewards to the time I can embark on longer fasts with peace of mind. I am dependant upon an insulin pump at the moment, but Father willing, not forever.
