Re: Thank you and what has worked for me

@Hveragerthi: I have read many of your posts and I respect and appreciate your opinions and statements very much.

I am so confused as to where to turn. Short of muscle-testing every single herb or supplement in the vitamin store, I don't know what to try next.

I read your note about heart palpitations and adrenal fatigue with great interest.

I have been dealing with this for over five years. Symptoms at the beginning were shortness of breath (obviously, the constriction of blood vessels as a result of intense stress), and extreme fatigue. I quit the stressful job. A holistic doctor got me on the right path with supplements and a diet which I followed to the letter. My adrenal tests came back flatline, which was no surprise. After about a year I plateaued, and actually regressed. I then went to a wonderful, extraordinary kinesiologist, who did more for me than all the other doctors combined, but he died this past summer. I have been so lost without him.

I have found that I do become quickly stressed when overwhelmed with too much work or crises all at once. That never used to be an issue. My fingernails are unusually brittle, which is a new development, and I take that as a warning sign. Five years later I still do not have full lung capacity, and I don't think I ever will. The continued lack of energy and strength is frustrating. Being a singer, these two issues have pretty much ended my professional engagements. Maybe I'm internalizing the stress, because I don't have the energy to handle it differently. I feel caught in the proverbial gerbil wheel.

Thought I might look at Reliv, dessicated liver tabs, and magnesium. I'll muscle-test them first to see what happens.

Any advice or suggestions you could give would be VERY, very deeply appreciated.
